When the Writ Petition was taken up for hearing, there was no representation for the petitioner. However, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent submitted that the document that was kept pending has been released in favour of the writ petitioner on 21.10.2017 and nothing survives in the Writ Petition.

2.The said submission is recorded and the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
