O RDER This Criminal Original Petition is filed to call for the records pertaining to the Cr.No.1758 of 2020 on the file of 1st Respondent and quash the same so far as the first accused is concerned.

2.There is no representation for the petitioner. It is seen that on 01.02.2022, an interim order of stay was granted, thereafter, the case was not listed.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that before passing the interim order, final report was filed and taken cognizance before the learned Judicial Magistrate,Thirumangalam, in S.T.C.No.658 of 2023. Without informing the same, the above said order has been passed.

4. In view of the developments, liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the final report. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
