116 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 366, 506(ii) IPC r/w 109 IPC and Section 4 of Tamilnadu Prohibition of Women Harassment Act and hence, seek anticipatory bail. 2.According to the defacto complainant Mrs.Ramalakshmi, the accused have kidnapped her daughter on 01.06.2015. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that both the accused and the defacto complainant are close relatives and due to some property dispute, a false complaint has been given against them. It is further submitted that the alleged victim was secured on the same day. 4.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the State also submitted that the alleged victim was secured and now she is in the custody of the defacto complainant.
5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioners on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance before the learned Sessions Judge, Ramanathapuram, and on each of them executing a separate bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) to the satisfaction to the learned Magistrate/ https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Judge concerned and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m until further orders. petitioners shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. Scrupulously.
6.
