Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD).No.116 of 2018 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.13559 of 2017, dated 09.01.2018.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner herein is complying with the condition regularly, without any deviation. He would further submit that the charge sheet has already been filed before the concerned Magistrate.
