2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner herein is complying with the condition regularly, without any deviation. He would further submit that the charge sheet has already been filed before the concerned Magistrate.
