PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the order in Mathi.1(Ma.1)/23549/2013 dated 12.08.2013 and quash the same and consequently direct the second respondent to forward the revised plan for regularization to the first respondent which is submitted by the petitioner by an application dated 19.7.2013.

ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.] Aggrieved over the proceedings of the second respondent dated 12.08.2013, the petitioner has filed this writ petition. 2.Perusal of the impugned order shows that the application submitted by the petitioner seeking approval of the revised plan for his construction in the petition mentioned property was only returned with a direction to the petitioner to represent that same along with necessary particulars. Once the application submitted by the petitioner is returned pointing out some defects, it is for the petitioner to rectify the said defects and represent the same. The petitioner without representing the said application, has filed this petition seeking to quash the said proceedings returning the petitioner's application and the same cannot be entertained.

3.For the reasons stated above, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. The petitioner shall represent his application before the authorities concerned along with all necessary particulars, if so advised. No costs.
