(MD).No.2526 of 2019 dated 20.02.2019 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. S. MAHENDRAPATHY, Advocate for the petitioners and of Mr.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI,Government Advocate (Crl Side) for the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extent the time limit fixed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.2526 of 2019 dated 20.02.2019. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners seek time to produce sureties. Due to delay in getting the document for the sureties, the petitioners are unable to execute the sureties within a stipulated time as per the order of Crl.O.P(MD).No.2526 of 2019 dated 20.02.2019.

3.In view of the same, time granted by this Court vide order dated 20.02.2019 in Crl.O.P(MD).No.2526 of 2019 is extended further for a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
