Respondents PRAYER: This petition is preferred under Section 482 Cr.P.C to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to give police protection for lives and limbs of the petitioner and his family members as well as the petitioner's property to measure the four boundaries based on the complaint made by him before the respondents 1 to 3 on 23.04.2015 and pass such further or other orders as this Court may deem fit and proper in the above facts and circumstances of the case.

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to give police protection for lives and limbs of the petitioner and his family members as well as the petitioner's property to measure the four boundaries based on the complaint made by him before the respondents 1 to 3 on 23.04.2015.
