EBENEZER, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to Crl.O.P.(MD)No.1996 of 2018 on 07.02.2019 modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.1996 of 2018 on 07.02.2019.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.1996 of 2018 on 07.02.2019 regularly and he https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ prayed for modification of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that after completion of investigation, charge sheet has been filed, which was taken on file in P.R.C.No.12 of 2014. 4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.1996 of 2018 on 07.02.2019, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Nanguneri, daily at 10.30 a.m, till the committal proceedings are over. sd/- 25/03/2019 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
