16 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the State. 3.The case of the prosecution is that this petitioner along with others had set fire to the auto rickshaw of the de facto complainant. It is seen that this petitioner has got another case in Crime No.348 of 2014. Under the said circumstances, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition.

4.Taking into consideration the serious nature of the allegations against the petitioner, this is not a fit case for granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Hence, this petition is dismissed.
