ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to call for the records in Crime No.620 of 2022 dated 29.09.2022 on the file of the first respondent police and quash the same in so far as the petitioners concerned.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the first respondent would submit that they have already laid the final report before the jurisdictional Court through E-filing (STC 16155/2022).

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. However, the petitioners are at liberty to challenge the charge sheet, if so advised. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
