2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that para No.6 Condition (b), it is wrongly typed as (Rupees Five thousand only) instead of (Rupees Three thousand only) in the order dated 09.01.2026 in this petition.

4. Accordingly, the Registry is directed to carry out the above correction in the order dated 09.01.2026 in Crl.O.P(MD)No.377 of 2026 and issue fresh order copy.
