This petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C seeking a direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the State.

The learned Government Advocate(Crl.sid)submitted that the petitioner is called only for enquiry.

4.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is being harassed under the guise of enquiry. During the time of argument, the learned counsel prays that the petitioner may be allowed to appear before the second respondent.

5.Considering the same, permission is given to the petitioner to appear before the second respondent on 04.07.2015 along with his counsel. Accordingly, this petition is disposed of.
