JUDGMENT

[Judgment of the Court was made by R.SUBRAMANIAN, J.] The challenge in this Writ Appeal is to the order of the Writ Court dated 29.09.2023, made in W.P.(MD)No.23711 of 2023.

2. The operative portion of the order of the Writ Court reads as follows:- ''2.Mr.G.V.Vairam Santhosh, learned Additional Government Pleader who takes notice for the respondents submits that the application of the petitioner is under consideration and it would be taken up for further action on seniority basis.

3.Considering the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Survey Officer to complete the survey as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.''

3. From the above, it is clear that the Writ Court has not made any decisions on the merits; it has only directed that a survey be conducted. Therefore, we do not find any grievance for the appellant that could be exposed in
