O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the impugned letter issued by the third respondent, dated 03.01.2024 and to direct the third respondent bank to de-freeze the petitioner's Savings Account No.648402010009550 and allow the petitioner to operate the same as usual by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 05.01.2024, within a stipulated period.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, has produced a communication sent by the Inspector of Police, Kalaiyarkovil Police Station, Sivagangai District, dated 12.01.2024, to the third respondent, directing them to de-freeze the petitioner's Savings 2/4

Account No.648402010009550, who is the mother of the accused. In pursuance of the same, the third respondent has also sent a letter to the petitioner informing that the Savings Account of the petitioner is unfreezed and allowed for operation.

3. In view of the aforesaid development, the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous and accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No Costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
