GUNASEKARAN, Advocate for the petitioners and of MR.K.SUYMABULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD) No. 2072 of 2018, dated 16.02.2018. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioners herein are complying the condition only from 28.02.2018 and the charge sheet is not yet filed.

4. The submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on either side are considered.

5. Considering the nature of offence committed by the petitioners and that the petitioners are complying the condition only from 28.02.2018, this Court is not inclined to relax the condition already imposed by this Court.

5. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
