ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to call for the records in Crime No.3 of 2020 pending investigation on the file of the first respondent Police and quash the same as against the petitioner.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that after completing the investigation, charge sheet has been filed by deleting the name of the first accused and that notice was issued to the defacto complainant and is pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Nagercoil.

3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. 2/4

The petitioner is at liberty to challenge the final report, if so advised. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 24.01.2023 NCC :
