W.P.(MD)No.4447 and 4448 of 2012 Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondent to pay the monetary benefits to the petitioner from the date of dismissal order dated 31.12.2010 passed by the respondent's Management within a stipulated time as fixed by this Court. For Petitioner : No appearance For Respondent : No appearance **** COMMON ORDER When these matters were taken up for hearing on 03.03.2021, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, these matters were directed to be posted on 09.03.2021 under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even today, there was no representation for the petitioner. This shows that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting these cases. Hence, these Writ Petitions are dismissed for non-prosecution. No Costs.
