This writ petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner and further directing the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 16.09.2013. 2.Admittedly, the petitioner is the daughter of the fourth respondent. The petitioner has alleged that since she had embraced Islam, her father gave a life threat and also compelled her to convert into Hindu Religion with the help of the third respondent. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner herself has given a statement stating that herself along with her husband are visiting her father's house and that she is not having any life threat. 2/4

4.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor may be recorded.

5.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
