OP(MD)No. 2008/2018 dated 08.02.2018 on the file of this Honourable Court to grant one week time to produce the sureties before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Karaikudi in Crime No. 19/2017 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.SIDDHARTHAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.2008 of 2018, dated 08.02.2018, for executing the sureties.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ that the petitioner could not able to mobilize the funds, within the

time specified by this Court. Hence, he prays to grant further time to execute the sureties.

3.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this petition is ordered and the time for surrender by the petitioner before the concerned Court and executing the sureties is extended by two weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
