ORDER

This Writ Petition was filed forbearing the respondent police from interfering with the civil dispute between the parties. 2.In the present case, there was admittedly a civil dispute between the parties and at that point of time, based on a complaint given by the fourth respondent, the police acted upon the same.

3.The learned counsel appearing on either side submitted that during the pendency of the appeal, there was some amicable settlement between the parties and the dispute no longer survives.

4.In view of the above, there is no occasion for the respondent police to interfere with the dispute. If any FIR is pending in this regard, the same shall be closed by the respondent police by recording this order. 2/4

5.This Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
