ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed against the fair and decreetal order passed by the learned Rent Controller Appellate Authority / Principal Subordinate Judge, Madurai, dated 24.11.2021 in RCA.No.22 of 2020 by confirming the fair and decreetal order passed by the learned Rent Controller / Principal District Munsif, Maduai Town, dated 14.02.2020 in RCOP.No.108 of 2016.

2. There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

3. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent present and submitted that the petitioner has already filed an undertaking affidavit before this Court to hand over the possession, within a period of four months from today i.e., on 25.01.2022.

4. Recording the said undertaking affidavit, the petitioner is directed to hand over the possession on or before 31.05.2022. At the time of handing over the possession the respondent has to refund advance amount if any.

5. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. The undertaking affidavit dated 25.01.2022 shall form part of this order.
