ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who is arrayed as the sole accused in Crime No.238 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 10.04.2015 for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 392 r/w 397 of I.P.C., and hence, seeks bail 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was arrested on 10.04.2015 and even after lapse of 90 days, the respondent has not filed charge sheet and hence, the petitioner is entitled to get bail under Section 167(2) of Cr.P.C. The learned counsel seeks permission to move the Court concerned seeking bail.
