I, Virudhunagar, Virudhunagar district Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.M.ANANTHA MURUGAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side)on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.242 of 2018, dated 10.01.2018, for executing the sureties.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that due to the viral fever, the petitioner could not able https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ to mobilize the funds. Hence, he prays to grant further time to execute the sureties.

3.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this petition is ordered and the time for surrender by the petitioner before the concerned Court and executing the sureties is extended by two weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
