ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who are arrayed as accused Nos.5 & 7, apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 324, 506(ii) and 307 of I.P.C. in Crime Number 186 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that due to a previous enmity, the petitioner and five others attacked the defacto complainant with deadly weapons and threatened him by using filthy language, with dire consequences

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are innocent and they have been falsely implicated in this case.

4.It is submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) that due to a pathway dispute, the alleged occurrence has taken place.

5. Considering the nature of the dispute, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners, with certain conditions.

6. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Musiri, Tiruchirappalli District and on each executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required. The petitioners shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously.

7.
