Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying To issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 3rd respondent to pass the final order as prayed in the representation dated 18.01.2019 and as recommended by the 4th respondent in his report dated 24.01.2018 that in Patta No.365 for the property in Survey No.84/1 with extent 0.28.5 Ares, the name of the father of petitioner A.Sahul Hameed may be corrected as Abdul Khader and deleting the name of Kalimuthu son of Muthuraja and corrected patta be issued in the name of the petitioner within a time as stipulated by this court.
