ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as the sole accused in Crime No.417 of 2015 on the file of the respondent Police, was arrested on 20.06.2015 for the offences punishable under Sections 307 and 506(ii) IPC and he seeks bail.
2.According to the de facto complainant, the accused, who is his own brother attacked him with wooden log on the head due to property dispute.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case and he had not committed any offence as alleged by the de facto complainant. It is further submitted that the compliant was given with a delay of 4 days and absolutely there is no explanation for the inordinate delay in lodging the complaint. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the injured was admitted in the hospital on 08.06.2015 and he has been discharged only on 02.07.2015.

conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Tiruchirappalli, and on further condition that the petitioner shall reside at Dindigul and appear before the Dindigul Town Police Station, daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders. sd/- 03/07/2015 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
