ORDER

The petitioner has filed this petition seeking a direction to the second and third respondents not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry without due process of law.

2.The contention of the petitioner is that the petitioner is working as a Manager in Chola Finance, Thoothukudi District. The fourth respondent borrowed the loan to the tune of Rs.16 lakhs. There was some dispute in this regard. Hence, the fourth respondent lodged a compliant against the petitioner.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that the case lodged against the petitioner is pending in case No.28 of 2023. The petitioner appeared for enquiry and sought time for production of necessary document. Hence, the case is pending.

4.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner will appear before the respondent police on 13.02.2025. 2/4

5.In view of the above, the petitioner herein is directed to appear before the second respondent police on 13.02.2025 and give his explanation towards his contention.
