JUDGMENT
When the matter was taken up for hearing on 13.07.2022, the learned counsel appearing for the appellant has filed a memo before the Registry stating that he has no instruction from his client/appellant. Therefore, this Court directed the Registry to send a notice to the appellant and file a proof of service on or before 08.08.2022.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, even though the name of the appellant has been printed in the cause list, there is no representation on behalf of the appellant and the same clearly indicates that the appellant has not shown any interest to prosecute the appeal any further.
