3. It is open to petitioner to apply in accordance with law to any authority, she deems fit.

4. We express no opinion. Interim stay, if any granted, shall stand vacated.

5. If any appeal / application is filed by petitioner by 30th April, 2025, delay, if any, shall be deemed to have been condoned.
