This petition is filed to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.38 of 2013, on the file of the Special Court(TANPID Court), Madurai. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent.

3.Perusal of the grounds raised by the learned counsel for the petitioner would show that there are no merits in the grounds raised by the learned counsel for the petitioner to quash the charge sheet against them. Further, perusal of the charge sheet would show that there are specific allegations as against the petitioner. The grounds raised in the petition have to be gone into in a full fledged trial. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to quash the First Information Report and the criminal original petition is liable to be dismissed.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, considering the year of the case, the Special Court(TANPID Court), Madurai is directed to dispose of the case in C.C.No.38 of 2013, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
