Heard Mr.G.Sridharan and Mr.C.Deepak for the respective parties.

2. These Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, seeking to condone the delay of 6 days respectively, in filing the Civil Revision Petition as against the order in E.P.No.47 of 2023 in O.S.No.244 of 2009 before 1st Additional District Munsif, Madurai Town and as against the order in E.P.No.45 of 2023 in O.S.No.272 of 2009 before 1st Additional District Munsif, Madurai Town.

3. The delay is only 6 days. Apart from that, the affidavit also discloses sufficient cause. The delay is condoned and accordingly, the petitions are ordered.

4. Registry is directed to number the revision petitions, it it is otherwise in order and post the matter along with C.R.P.(MD)No.579 and 580 of 2026 on 01.04.2026. On that date, Mr.G.Sridharan shall come forward with the affidavit undertaking to pay a sum of Rupees Twenty Two Lakhs. The installments that he requires will also be mentioned with the dates and the payments against each date.
