The petitioner / wife seeks transfer of proceedings in HMOP.No. 6 of 2021 from the file of the Sub Court, Udumalaipettai to Sub Court, Manaparai, since she is residing at Manaparai.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side.

Considering the convenience of petitioner / wife, the Transfer CMP is allowed and the HMOP.No. 6 of 2021 pending on the file of the Sub Court, Udumalaipettai is withdrawn and transferred to the file of the Sub Court, Manaparai, to be heard and disposed of in accordance with law. The Sub Court, Udumalaipettai is directed to transmit the papers to the file of the Sub Court, Manaparai forthwith. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
