ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C seeking a direction to the respondents to register a case on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 17.06.2015.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the State.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that there is no petition pending on the file of the second respondent police and the petitioner has sent complaint only to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ the Superintendent of Police.

4.The petitioner is directed to appear before the second respondent police on 16.07.2015 along with the copy of the complaint. Thereafter, the second respondent police is directed to conduct an enquiry and complete the same within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
