ORDER
The present Writ Petition has been filed challenging the penalty imposed by the respondent Electricity Board for exceeding the demand and energy quota, which was included in the current consumption bill for the month of December 2011.
2. According to the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents, the said amount has already been paid at the time of dismantling of the HT service connection of the writ petitioner. Hence, nothing survives in the present writ petition. The Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
