Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, this Court considers it appropriate to direct the Judicial Magistrate NO.V, Trichy, to dispose of the C.C.No.236 of 2002 within a period of nine months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. After disposal of the case, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Trichy is directed to file a report before this Court.
