O R D E R
This petition is filed to quash the criminal proceedings in C.C.No.43 of 2013 on the file of the District Munsif Court cum Judicial Magistrate, Thirumayam.
2.Perusal of the grounds raised by the learned counsel for the petitioners would show that there are no merits in the grounds raised by the learned counsel for the petitioners to quash the criminal proceedings against them. Further, perusal of the charge sheet would show that there are specific allegations as against the petitioners. The grounds raised in the petition have to be gone into in a full fledged trial. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to quash the proceedings and the criminal original petition is liable to be dismissed.
3.Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed. However, the personal appearance of the petitioners before the trial Court is dispensed with, except the dates of hearing, on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
which, the learned trial Judicial Magistrate insisted upon the petitioners to appear before the Court.
