ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed challenging an order passed by the Arasu Cable TV Corporation, which is no longer a Multiple System Operator after the advent of the Digital Signals. Hence, nothing survives to be adjudicated in the present writ petition.

2. Therefore, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
