Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for the issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the resolution No.150 dated 27.11.2012 under Agenda Item No.9, on the file of the respondents herein and to quash the same, in so far it related to the decision taken to have prospective effect for the payment of the travelling allowance (Mileage Allowance) if they travelled their own car once in a month is concerned, and direct the respondents to pay the petitioner the travelling allowance, Mileage Allowance for his travel in his own car from Kochi to Tuticorin for the period from September 2010 to November 2012 together with the enhancement of Pilotage Act Remuneration for the period from 14.08.2011 to 11.01.2012, within a time frame as may be fixed by this Court.
