ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C seeking a direction to the second respondent to register the FIR against the accused persons based on the petitioner's complaint dated 22.06.2015 within the time that may be stipulated by this Court. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the State.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that there is no petition pending on the file of the second respondent police and the complaint was only sent through post. 4.The petitioner is directed to appear before the second respondent police on 16.07.2015 along with the copy of the complaint. Thereafter, the second respondent police is directed to conduct an enquiry and complete the same within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
