RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditions in total imposed by this Honourable Court in Crl.M.P(MD).892/2019 in Crl.O.P(MD).No.17767/2018 order dated 01/02/2019 in Crime No.28/2018 to report before the Respondent Police on the file of the Respondent police on the file of the respondent police.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. C. MASILAMANI, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI,Government Advocate (Crl Side)for the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.17767 of 2018 on 01.02.2019. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.17767 of 2018 on 01.02.2019 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and investigation is still pending.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsel, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.17767 of 2018 on 01.02.2019 is relaxed and the petitioner shall report https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

before the respondent police on first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m, until further orders.
