No.692/2019 in Crl.O.P(MD).NO.19454/2018 dated 30/01/2019. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.T.LENINKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.19454 of 2018 on 30.01.2019. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.19454 of 2018 on 30.01.2019 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the case was instituted in the year 2007. But, the case is still pending.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsel, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.19454 of 2018 on 30.01.2019 is modified and the petitioner shall report before the trial Court daily at 10.30 a.m till the disposal of the case.
