ORDER
The present writ petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus to direct the Co-operative Society to accept the loan amount and release the original title deeds submitted by the petitioner at the time of borrowal of the loan.
2. The learned counsel for the second respondent has submitted a letter received by him on 18.07.2022. As per the said letter, the petitioner has paid the entire loan amount on 31.12.2014 and received all the original documents. Since the prayer sought for in the writ petition has already been complied with by the second respondent herein, no further orders are required in the present writ petition.
3. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. 19.07.2022 gbg 2/4
