2. The petitioner gave a complaint dated 27.12.2021. Since it has not been acted upon, this Writ Petition has been filed.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner's complaint will be enquired into and given a proper disposal on merits and in accordance with law within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
