Respondents/Respondents PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India, to direct to number the final decree petition in I.A(Un-numbered) of 2023 in O.S.No.64 of 2001 on the file of the Principal District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Ottapidaram and to dispose the same in accordance with law within the time frame as may be stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

The present revision petition has been filed by the decree holder in a suit for partition in O.S.No.64 of 2001 on the file of Principal District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Ottapidaram seeking for a direction to number their final decree application presented to District Munsif Court, Tuticorin on 11.08.2003.

2. According to the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioners, the suit was decreed and first appeal as well as second appeal 2/5

were also dismissed. The records from the High Court have been sent back to District Munsif Court, Tuticorin. Due to want of records, the final decree application presented by the revision petitioners has not been numbered by the District Munsif Court, Tuticorin. Hence, the present revision petition.

3. Considering the above said facts, the District Court records, Tuticorin is directed to immediately send the records relating to O.S.No. 64 of 2001 from Principal District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Ottapidaram to District Munsif Court, Tuticorin to enable the said Court to number the final decree application.

4. With the above directions, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
