The present Writ Petition has been filed challenging the order passed by the second respondent under which Right to Enjoyment of the usufructs of the trees was granted in favour of the third respondent for a period of three years from 2011 to 2012. The period mentioned in the impugned order has been expired and nothing survives in the Writ Petition.
