ORDER

This petition is filed seeking to transfer the investigation of the case in Crime No.316 of 2014, pending on the file of the second respondent police to any other independent agency or C.B.C.I.D., Officer.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the investigation in crime No.316 of 2014, on the file of the 2nd respondent police has been completed and laid the charge sheet, which was also taken cognizance in C.C.No.164 of 2015, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Kodaikanal, Dindigul District. 3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, since the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous, this petition is dismissed as infructuous.
