Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.S.T.

SASIDHARAN TAMILKANI, Advocate for the petitioners and of Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P(MD)No.22997 of 2018 on 27.12.2018. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that this Court, by an order dated 27.12.2018 has directed the petitioners to deposit a sum of Rs.30,000/- each, which is an onerous condition and they are unable to comply with the same. Therefore, he prayed for modification of the said order.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly till date.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the learned counsel, the earlier condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.22997 of 2018 on 27.12.2018 is modified to the effect https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand Only) each to the credit of the Chairman / District Collector, District Mineral Foundation Trust of the concerned District within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.This Criminal Original Petition is ordered as indicated above.
