RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed in order date 06.02.2018 in Crl.O.P.No.(MD).No.1817/ 2018 on the file of this Honourable Court Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.P.SANKARAKUMARAKURUPARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD) No. 1817 of 2018, dated 06.02.2018. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner herein is complying the condition only from 01.03.2018 and the charge sheet is not yet filed.

4. The submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on either side are considered.

5. It is alleged, during the time of occurrence, the petitioner morphing the picture of the community leader and published in the social media. Considering the gravity of offence and that the petitioner is complying the condition only from 01.03.2018, this Court is not inclined to relax the condition already imposed by this Court.

5. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
