The petitioner alleges violation of the direction given by this Court on 14.10.2019 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.14398 of 2019. In the affidavit filed in support of this Contempt Petition, the petitioner has not set out any particulars as to how the contemnor herein violated the order of this Court. The dates mentioned in the affidavit pertain to the period prior to 14.10.2019. 2.I am of the view that no contempt is made out. The petitioner is at liberty to move the Debt Recovery Tribunal. 3.With this liberty to the petitioner, this Contempt Petition stands closed.
